Hands-On Training: Learn by Doing the Real Thing.
We give all of our students equal opportunity for internships in over 20 locations around the state and the opportunity to work with real patients in real dental offices.
Our program provides exposure to upward of 40 practicing dentists around the state, including specialists such as orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, and oral surgeons.
The program is run by highly-regarded practicing Dental Assistants who put the material taught in class into practice every day. Our dentists love the assistants that come out of our program.

I made connections with people and dental offices, through the internship, that I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten!
I learned the skill and knowledge of how to be a proficient and good dental assistant.
My biggest takeaway from this course was how the teacher managed the students to achieve a better understanding of the lecture and lab classes. Our instructor (Justine) was amazing, the way she teaches, always explaining with a lot of details and with clinical examples makes everything clearer and easier to absorb. I also loved the lecture classes. It gave me an overall impression of what dentistry is and all the possibilities we have in this amazing career. Thank you very much.
I just liked everything, and I think I learned a lot from the classes. You guys made me feel confident and ready to start my career in the dental field.
It felt awkward at first, sitting in the waiting room of a dental office. But once we were a week or two in, it was alright. Hats off to the dental office that allowed us to run around and use their equipment. I’m not sure how they are compensated, but it was a wonderful facility
I appreciated the option of Saturday labs for busy students.
Alli was very nice and knowledgeable. Natalie did a great job on the online lectures.
I was hired at [dental office] in Pueblo! It’s only 5 minutes away from my house, which is so much nicer than the hour I was driving for my previous job!
I’ve been working at [dental office] since January and I love it! Thanks for the information! I appreciate it 🙂
Just wanted to let you know I did get a job. I work for [dental office] where my externship was and I even was a temp for them for a few months before I got hired on. I love it there and I work with amazing people.
