Justine Daggett, Lead Instructor – Colorado Springs
Justine is a graduate and alumni of Colorado Dental Assisting School. Over the past three years she has been the lead assistant for Peak Dental’s endodontic practice, as well as working with dentists in over 8 offices across Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and Denver. She knows the ins and outs of managing a team including ordering supplies, training new hires and setting up practices to welcome new doctors. Justine is focused on making sure students have a fulfilling and successful education through lectures and hands-on labs. She is certified in Radiology, Chairside Dental Assisting, CPR, and OSHA regulations. She currently lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and daughter. She loves hiking with her family and two dogs as well as exploring the state’s best hot springs and ski resorts. She looks forward working with students closely as they grow and learn!
Natalie Robinson, School Manager
Natalie is an exceptional member of our team. She offers an amazing chair side manner along with creativity and high organizational skills. If you need a checklist, she’s the one to give it to you! Natalie is a trained Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and aides in the training of new hires as well as all OSHA regulations within the practices. Natalie is certified in Radiology, Chairside Dental Assisting, CPR, and OSHA regulations. She is also the schedule coordinator for our Colorado Springs market offices. Natalie’s primary focus is on guiding students through enrollment for success and supporting her team!
Nicole Cordova, Instructor – Colorado Springs & EDDA
Nicole is the lead dental assistant for a busy multi specialty practice with nine general dentists and specialists and over eleven dental assistants. She handles training and mentoring of new dental assistant team members and works hard to ensure that each team member has a seamless training experience. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Nicole handles ordering for six practices and works closely with doctors to guarantee that supplies are kept up to date and organized. Nicole Is certified in Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, Chairside Dental Assisting, CPR, and OSHA regulations.

Personal: Dr. Peak has been married to Kathy Peak for over 32 years. They have two sons, David and A.J. They moved to Colorado Springs in 2002 to leave behind their successful careers to relocate closer to their two grandchildren (Jordan and Kennedy daughters of David and Charity).
Scott Frederick, DDS, General & Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Scott Frederick is a graduate from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry since 2007. General Dental Officer from 2007 to 2010 including serving as a dentist to over 9,000 active duty soldiers while deployed in Afghanistan.He also worked part-time throughout in private practice. Volunteer dental provider for Ayuda, Inc. Member of the American dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.Dr. Frederick has been married to Dr. Anna Frederick for over four years.
Andrew Peak, President, Owner of Colorado Dental Assisting School LLC
Founded Peak Dental Services in 2008 growing it to a network of multiple dental offices and close to 30+ dentist and specialists. Peak Dental Services is based on providing business support expertise to enable dentists to pursue clinical excellence while enjoying more time, income, and resources. Each of our practices allows our dentists the benefits of having autonomy to make decisions while having access to proven systems and support infrastructure. Founded the Colorado Dental Assisting School to combat the shortage of trained dental assistants while simultaneously supporting Peak Dental Service’s growth via hiring graduates. Worked with McKinsey & Company for 7 years as Engagement Manager with experience in service operations and banking. Also spent time with Merrill Lynch as a senior business analyst.
